Our proprietary software in conjunction with our national network of relationships at banks and auction houses allow us to source the best deals in the country. This is a distinct ‘moat’. Most of the players in this space at a national level are institutional; $500 million-plus pools of capital searching for deals at scale. The smaller players don’t have the ability, experience, relationships, or software to source deals nationally.  On a small to medium scale, there are very few players who can pivot from New York City to Albuquerque to La Jolla, CA over the course of a week.
